Transforming a New-Build Apartment into a Personalized Haven
In Málaga’s burgeoning residential area, we embarked on a design project to convert a pristine new-build apartment into a personalized sanctuary. Situated in a modern urbanization, this project aimed to seamlessly integrate functionality with aesthetic appeal, ensuring the apartment met the client’s specific lifestyle needs.
Our process began with a detailed consultation to understand the client’s daily routines and preferences. This insight allowed us to design a space that is both practical and uniquely tailored to their lifestyle. The apartment’s southern exposure was a key feature, flooding the interior with natural light and highlighting the textures and colors of the chosen materials. By using reflective surfaces and a harmonious color palette, we maximized the natural light and created a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The apartment boasts breathtaking sea views, which we made a focal point of the design.
